The Kitami Art and Culture Hall serves as the main facility for promotion and appreciation of the arts in the Okhotsk area. As well as promoting the 21st century’s theme of “lifelong study” this building provides a venue for various cultural events, training, practice, and study sessions and for collecting/providing information about lifelong study and for building an art encouragement organization.
