It's the largest park in Kitami that bears the same name as that which was used before the town was incorporated as a city. At the pond surrounded by a pine grove, citizens can enjoy rental boats.In the north part of the park is 「Ichii Forest」, which was commemorated when Kitami achieved a population of 100,000.
